How to access
Located near three interchanges and exits of the Metropolitan Expressway, it offers easy access by car.
From the Shinjuku/Setagaya area
Approximately 6 minutes from Daiba Interchange (Route 11, Daiba Line)
From the Yokohama/Kawasaki area
Approximately 5 minutes from the Rinkai Fukutoshin Interchange (Wangan Expressway).
From Chiba area
Approximately 5 minutes from Ariake Interchange (Wangan Expressway)

The nearest stations are on two lines: the Rinkai Line and the Yurikamome Line, with a total of three stations.

Exit the ticket gate and turn left.
Exit from Exit 2A and go straight, then turn right at the end (if using the stairs, continue straight to ⑤).

5. Go under the elevated railway and turn left.
Cross the pedestrian crossing (6) and go straight.
7 Main entrance
You can access it directly from central Tokyo areas such as Ginza via a single Toei Bus TOKYO BRT line.

1. Go straight along the sidewalk between Ariake Garden Park (on your left) and the shopping mall (on your right).

Proceed straight along the sidewalk between Mall 1 (on your left) and the multi-story parking garage (on your right).
2. Continue straight ahead and you will see it on your right. (1st floor of the multi-story parking garage)

- *The maximum charge applies until midnight on the day of use. After that, the charge will be increased according to the day of the week and specific dates of use on the following day. (If the following day is a weekday, the maximum charge will be applied again.)

Discounts are available based on the purchase amount, as well as discounts through the Sumitomo Realty Shopping City AEON Card program. Both discounts apply to weekends, holidays, and specific day rates.
To receive discounts based on your purchase amount, you will need to obtain a service voucher with a QR code* at the store where you made your purchase. Please inform the store staff when paying.

How to use the discount service based on your purchase amount
- Please inform the store staff that you will be using the parking lot when paying your bill.
- Please receive a "Purchase Service Coupon" with a QR code from a store staff member.
- Please insert your parking ticket into the pre-payment machine.
- Before making your payment, please scan the QR code on your "Purchase Service Coupon" at the pre-payment machine.
- *If you receive "Purchase Service Vouchers" at multiple stores, you can combine them by scanning the QR code for each store at the pre-payment machine.
Notes on use
- "Purchase discount coupons" cannot be issued at any store other than the store where the purchase was made. If you would like one, please inform the staff at the time of payment.
- We do not issue "purchase discount coupons" at the information desk.
- The "Purchase Service Coupon" is valid only on the day of purchase.
- Purchases of gift certificates and similar items are not eligible for our purchase service.
- Some stores within the mall (Kirin City Plus, ASOBI∞ (Max), ena, Kids Duo, GiGo, STEAM Campus), events and festivals, Tokyo Garden Theatre, and Ariake Shiki Theatre are excluded from the purchase service.
How to use Sumitomo Realty Shopping City AEON Card benefits
- Please insert your parking ticket into the pre-payment machine.
- Please touch the displayed "Member Card Discount".
- Please slide or insert your card into the pre-payment machine before making your payment.
If you have not yet received your card, please bring one of the following items and visit the Aeon Card counter on the 2nd floor (until 8:00 PM) or 4th floor (until 9:00 PM). We will then apply the service to you.

- *Some parking areas have a vehicle weight limit of 2.0 tons.
- *We do not accept reservations for parking spaces or electric vehicle charging stations.
- *Please note that this facility will not be held responsible if charging is not possible due to a malfunction of the charging station, or if any damage or loss occurs to the vehicle for any reason.
- *If the electric vehicle charging station is damaged or malfunctions due to your use, you will be responsible for the repair costs.
Regarding the use of the bus parking lot
- This parking lot requires advance reservations.
- Reservations can be made from 180 days to 3 business days prior to your desired date of use.
- We do not accept walk-in reservations on the day of your visit.
- Reservations are accepted only from customers using facilities within the Ariake Garden area.

Access to the parking lot

From the "Kaetsu Gakuen Nishi" intersection, head to the "Mall Underground Parking Lot".
1. Go straight at the "Kaetsu Gakuen Nishi" intersection and move into the left lane.
2. Go straight through the "Kaetsu Gakuen Nishi" intersection.
3. Turn left at the "Ariake 1-chome" traffic light, then enter the parking lot.
From the "Ariake Coliseum East" intersection, head towards the "Hotel & Spa Parking Lot," "Multi-story Parking Garage," and "Outdoor Parking Lot."
- *The "Hotel & Spa Parking" is reserved for hotel guests and those using Izumi Tenku no Yu Ariake Garden.
1. Turn right at the "Ariake Coliseum East" intersection.
2.After turning right at intersection, take the side road.
