About facility services

We accept requests through a dedicated page. For details, please check the "For those looking for lost items" page.

Opening hours are 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM for shopping/services and 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM for restaurants (excluding some stores). Last order times for restaurants vary by store. For details, please check the individual shop information on the "Shop List" page.

We are open 365 days a year. However, we may be temporarily closed for equipment maintenance or other reasons. Information regarding temporary closures will be posted on the "Announcements" page. Please note that some stores (such as lesson centers and banks) have regular closing days; for details, please check the "Shop List" page for information on each individual shop.
Please note that Izumi Tenku no Yu Ariake Garden will be closed approximately once a month for facility maintenance. For details, please check the official Izumi Tenku no Yu Ariake Garden website.

ATMs for AEON Bank, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Resona Bank, and Mizuho Bank are available inside the building. Please check the "Facility Services" page for details.

We accept various credit cards, transportation IC cards, electronic money, QR code payments, and gift cards/vouchers. For more details, please check the "Facility Services" page.

Free Wi-Fi is available.
You can use the service for free by connecting to the SSID: Ariake_Garden_FreeWifi and entering the required information and agreeing to the security terms on the portal page.

Coin lockers are available. Some are available 24 hours a day, while others are only available during the operating hours of the facility (10:00 AM to 11:00 PM). Please check the "Facility Services" page for details. Please note that we do not accept reservations for coin lockers.

There are baby changing rooms on the 4th and 5th floors of the mall.
We have a lounge equipped with a women-only breastfeeding area, diaper changing area, changing table, formula dispenser, microwave, and baby scale (only on the 4th floor of the mall), so you can relax and enjoy your visit even with small children. Diaper changing tables are also available in the restrooms on each floor. For more details, please check the "For Customers with Children" page.

On the 4th floor of the mall, you'll find "Kids Ariake Garden," where children aged 0-6 can play for free.
Children can enjoy themselves freely, getting plenty of exercise and playing on age-appropriate play equipment. Enjoy a fun time with your family even while you're shopping. For more details, please see the "For Customers with Children" page.

Strollers (coin-operated lock type) are available for free rental on the mall floors (1F/2F/5F). This service is for children aged 4 months to 48 months (4 years). Additionally, a stroller sharing service, "Share Buggy" (fee applies), is available next to the information counter on the 2nd floor of the mall. Wheelchairs are available for rent at the information desk on the 2nd floor of the mall and in the mall's underground parking lot (coin-operated lock). Wheelchairs rented at the information desk must be returned by 9:00 PM. Wheelchairs in the underground parking lot are available for use anytime during the facility's operating hours. Regarding the use of the facilities

You are welcome to take photos for personal enjoyment (such as snapshots with family and friends). However, drone photography is not permitted.

The use of fire, such as for barbecues, as well as parties, large gatherings, and exclusive use of the premises are prohibited. Please see the "Prohibited Activities" page for details.

Within the premises, any actions that may disturb or endanger other guests, or any use that occupies space in an undesirable manner, are prohibited. Furthermore, please use bicycles and other vehicles in accordance with the rules of each area.

However, soft balls are permitted in the Sports Entertainment Plaza and the Ariake Garden Park lawn area. Also, only balance bikes and children's bicycles are permitted in the Sports Entertainment Plaza. Please check the "Prohibited Items" page for details.

With the exception of some stores, pets are generally not allowed inside the building. Pets are not permitted to walk through the mall, so please check the pet-friendly areas before visiting. However, assistance dogs (guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs) are allowed throughout the building if they wear a special harness or vest. Pets are not allowed in the lawn area of Ariake Garden Park, but you are welcome to walk your pet in the forest area and Season Promenade. For more details, please check the "Information for Visitors with Pets" page.

About parking

Weekdays when congestion is expected in the surrounding area due to events held at nearby facilities are designated as "special days." On special days, weekend/holiday rates apply, and the maximum charge does not apply. For details, please check "Parking Information" on the "Access / Parking" page.

Regardless of your purchase amount, the first hour of parking is free. We also offer discounts based on your purchase amount. Furthermore, if you have a Sumitomo Realty Shopping City AEON Card, parking is free for up to 6 hours on weekdays (including certain days) and up to 4 hours on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, regardless of whether you make a purchase. For more details, please check the "Parking Information" section on the "Access / Parking" page.

You can use the parking lot even on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and on specific days. Please use it when visiting by car. However, the free service hours for Sumitomo Realty Shopping City AEON Card holders differ between weekdays (including specific days) and Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. For details, please check "Parking Information" on the "Access / Parking" page.

If the day following your parking entry date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday, or designated day, the maximum charge will only apply until midnight on the day of entry. After midnight the following day, Saturday, Sunday, public holiday, or designated day rates will apply, and the maximum charge will not be applied, with weekend/public holiday/designated day rates added every 30 minutes. Yes, they can be used together. If the price after applying various discount services exceeds the maximum charge, the maximum charge will be applied to your payment. Please note that the maximum charge does not apply on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, or specific dates. For more details, please check "Parking Information" on the "Access / Parking" page.

Please press the "Lost" button on the payment machine at the exit gate. The required amount will be displayed, and you can exit the parking lot after paying that amount.

We are currently unable to provide real-time information on congestion levels. For an estimate of congestion, please refer to the "Nearby Events" section on the "Announcements" page.

The parking lot is available 24 hours a day. Please note that this differs from the facility's operating hours. However, it may be unavailable due to equipment maintenance or other reasons. In such cases, we will announce it on the "Notices" page. Please check the "Notices" page for the latest information before your visit.

About the Sumitomo Realty Shopping City AEON Card

If you have a Sumitomo Realty Shopping City AEON Card, parking at Ariake Garden is free for up to 6 hours on weekdays (including certain days) and up to 4 hours on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Even if you haven't received your card yet, you can use the same service by presenting your application confirmation or instant issuance card at the AEON Card counter inside the mall. In addition, we offer "Sumitomo Realty Shopping City Shopping & Dining Vouchers" based on the amount spent at Ariake Garden and Haneda Airport Garden. These vouchers allow you to receive special discounts at participating shops in Ariake Garden and Haneda Airport Garden, and you can also earn WAON points.
