To customers with pets
Except for some stores, pets are not allowed inside the building.
We kindly ask guests bringing pets to understand and cooperate with our pet etiquette and rules.
Some visitors in the facility may be afraid of animals or have health concerns that require special consideration.
To ensure that all our guests can enjoy a safe and comfortable stay, please check the areas where pets are permitted before using our facilities.
Pet-friendly rules
- For safety reasons, always keep your dog on a leash and keep it as short as possible.
- Our facility assumes no responsibility for any disputes between customers regarding pets.
- Please be careful as running out into parking lots and roads is extremely dangerous.
- If you do not observe proper etiquette, we reserve the right to refuse your entry.
- Please do not tie it to a railing or anything similar.
Assistance dogs (guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs) are permitted throughout the entire building only in the following cases:
- Guide dogs: Wear a white or yellow harness around their body.
- Service dogs: Wear a vest with the "Service Dog" label.
- Hearing assistance dogs: Wear a vest with the "Hearing Assistance Dog" label.
- *You may be asked to present your certification or user ID.

- Hotel 2nd Floor: Ariake Animal Hospital
Outdoor
- 1F: Garden Promenade / Season Promenade
- 2F (Connecting passage): Welcome Deck / Atrium Deck / Pedestrian Deck
Pets are only allowed in bags or carts that conceal their faces.
Inside the building
- Underground parking: D Elevator, left box, only between B1F and 1F
- Multi-story parking garage: G Elevator, central box / left box
- Mall & Spa Building: Elevator B, left box / Only between B1F and 2F
Outdoor
- 1F: Bus rotary sidewalk
- 2F: Elevator near the pedestrian deck
- *When bringing your pet, please ensure it is placed in a cart/carry bag, including its head.
Bringing pets in while being held is prohibited. - *For large dogs that do not fit in the cart, please be sure to keep them on a leash and keep the leash as short as possible.
