There are multiple event and exhibition spaces both inside and outside Ariake Garden Mall.

Regarding the use of advertising media
You can utilize the various media available at Ariake Garden, such as signage, flag banners, and large digital screens, for a wide range of purposes, including promotions and event announcements.

Regarding the use of the bus parking lot
- This parking lot requires advance reservations.
- Reservations are accepted from 9:00 AM 180 days prior to the desired date of use until 5:00 PM 3 business days prior. (Please note that same-day reservations are not accepted.)
- Reservations are accepted only from customers using facilities within the Ariake Garden area.

How to make a reservation
Please download the application form, attach the completed and stamped form to an email, and send it to the email address provided.
We will respond within 3 business days.
User Guide
Schedule for the day
- Please follow the designated route and park in the designated bus area.
- After entering the parking lot, please purchase a "parking permit" from the ticket vending machine at the disaster prevention center.
- Please display your "Parking Permit" in a visible location while parked.
- After use, please return your "Parking Permit" by dropping it into the "dedicated red postbox" located near the bus parking lot exit.
Route to the bus parking lot / Parking space
- Pass the "Ariake Coliseum East" intersection towards Ariake Station/International Exhibition Center Station.
- Turn onto the side road and then turn left at the first intersection.
- There is a bus parking lot next to Ariake Shiki Theatre
- After entering the parking lot, please come to the Disaster Prevention Center (Mall Building).
Regarding the purchase of a "parking permit"
The ticket vending machine for "parking permits" is located inside the disaster prevention center.
- *Payment at the ticket vending machine is cash only.
- *Only 1-yen and 5-yen coins cannot be used; all other coins and banknotes are accepted.
Precautions
- Please use the service only within the time slot you reserved.
- There are no restrooms in the parking lot, so please use the restrooms inside Ariake Garden Mall.
- Please refrain from eating or drinking in the parking lot. (This excludes eating and drinking inside your car.)
- There are no trash cans in the parking lot. Please take your trash with you.
- Please park your vehicle correctly within the designated space.
- For safety reasons, please refrain from having passengers linger in the parking lot.
- Please turn off your engine while parked.
- Please enter and exit the parking lot by turning left. Right turns are prohibited.
