<Updated 10/1> Regarding the operation of the local community bus

<Updated October 1, 2026 | Notice of service suspension on October 24 (Sat)>
Due to the "Tokyo Bay Grand Fireworks Festival," our bus service will be suspended all day on Saturday, October 24, 2026.
Traffic restrictions are planned for the day, and congestion is expected on surrounding roads. Please take note of this when visiting the venue.
We kindly ask for your understanding.

Thank you for always using Sumitomo Realty & Development Shopping City Ariake Garden.
We are pleased to announce that the shuttle bus service connecting Ariake Garden and the surrounding area will be extended until December 31, 2026 (Thursday).
Please be advised that the operating routes and timetables will be changed as follows. We appreciate your understanding.

■Operating period: From October 1, 2026 (Thursday) to December 31, 2026 (Thursday)
■Operating routes (from October 1, 2026)
Addition: "Shinonome 1-chome"
Abolished: "Toyosu" and "Kachidoki"

Please note that this bus is only available to those who are using or have used the shops at Ariake Garden on the day of travel. Please refrain from using it as a means of transportation for commuting or personal errands.

Please note that we do not allow passengers to disembark at intermediate stops on this bus, regardless of whether or not they are using Ariake Garden.

*If one representative from your group can present their passport, everyone in your group may board.
*Sumitomo Realty Shopping City AEON Card can also be used for boarding with an "instant issuance card," "iD payment screen," or "application confirmation certificate."
*This service can be used on your hotel check-in and check-out days. However, you will need to present proof of your hotel reservation or stay at the time of boarding.

*Operating period and route are subject to change without notice.
*Please note that delays may occur due to road conditions.
*Please note that we may have to refuse boarding if the bus is full.
*Please note that service may be suspended without notice due to accidents or bad weather.
*Only foldable strollers and wheelchairs will be accepted in the luggage compartment inside the vehicle. They cannot be boarded as is or brought into the seats. Please note that we may not be able to accept them if the luggage compartment is full.
*For passengers using wheelchairs, the bus will have steps at the entrance, so boarding is only permitted if accompanied by a caregiver.
*Due to weight restrictions, we cannot accept electric wheelchairs.
*Pets are not allowed on board.
